Arakawa City is soliciting proposals through a proposal evaluation method to select an operating contractor for the Time Care Service for Children and Persons with Disabilities at the Nishi-Nippori 6-Chome Support Facility. The service provides daytime activity space, creative activities, and short-term facility use for children and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. The contract period runs from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032, preceded by a handover preparation period starting January 1, 2027.
