Arakawa City Lifelong Learning Center, in collaboration with Japan College of Comprehensive Medical Arts, is offering a 3-session course on acupuncture and moxibustion self-care based on Oriental medicine. Participants will learn self-care techniques for cold feet, swelling, neck and shoulder stiffness, and facial acupuncture. The course is open to individuals aged 18 and older living, working, or studying in Arakawa City, with a 3,000 yen fee for all three sessions.
