The Home Care Support Symposium will be held on November 2, 2024 (Saturday) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the 8th‑floor conference room of the Chuo Ward Office. It is open to residents, employees, and students of Chuo Ward, with a capacity of 120 participants on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Applications are accepted from October 7 to 28 via phone, fax, e‑mail, or electronic submission.
