フレイルチェック測定会参加者募集

Itabashi Ward is holding frailty check measurement sessions to help residents assess their frailty level through lectures on frailty prevention and device-based measurements. The sessions are open to Itabashi residents aged 50 or older who have not received long-term care certification. Applications can be submitted via postcard, fax, or online form by October 21 (must arrive by this date).
