The Itabashi Ward Family Support Center is a membership organization where local volunteers (providing members) assist user members with childcare on a mutual aid basis. It provides temporary child care and pick-up/drop-off services (usually 1-on-1) for children aged 43 days up to the end of 6th grade of elementary school. Advance registration and an interview with the providing member are required, and a reward fee is paid for the service.
