Itabashi Ward Child Development Support Center will hold a parenting tips class using parent training methods to learn how to increase positive behaviors in children. The class includes role-playing and is open to families of children aged 4 through 3rd grade living in Itabashi Ward. Free childcare is available for up to 5 children (first-come, first-served).
