手話でたのしむ絵本のせかい

A picture book storytelling and sign language experience event will be held at Itabashi Central Library for elementary school children and younger. Children can enjoy the world of picture books together with deaf instructors and try out sign language expressions. Participation is free, and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis via form, phone, or in person.
