板橋区子どもインフルエンザ予防接種事業お知らせ

Itabashi Ward partially subsidizes seasonal influenza vaccination costs for residents aged 6 months to high school 3rd-year equivalent. The subsidy is 2,000 yen per dose for inactivated vaccine (injection) and 4,000 yen once for live attenuated vaccine (nasal spray). Vaccinations are available at designated cooperating medical institutions in Itabashi Ward by filling out the pre-vaccination screening form on site and paying the balance.
