Katsushika City provides comprehensive support for those aiming to start a business in the city or who have recently launched one. The program offers free entrepreneurship seminars (Sogyojuku), preferential loan programs (up to 20 million yen), and expert consultations covering management, IT, legal affairs, taxation, and labor. Consultations and events are held at Techno Plaza Katsushika and other locations.
