With the arrival of autumn, the Katsushika Ward Disabled Life Care Service Office held a Welpia Autumn Festival from September 8–10, where participants in yukatas and jinbei enjoyed games and a thousand‑lottery draw. In October, a Halloween event featuring jack‑o‑lanterns and spooky decorations was also held. The newsletter also reminds residents to watch for influenza and manage their health.
