Katsushika City is recruiting approximately 40 Library Specialists (fiscal year appointment staff) starting April 1, 2027 (Reiwa 9). Applicants must hold a librarian qualification and have at least 5 years of library work experience. Application documents must be submitted by mail or in person to the Central Library Management Section by 5:00 PM on October 14, 2026 (Reiwa 8).
