A seminar aimed at managers, executives, and HR personnel of small and medium enterprises in Koto City will be held to improve OJT communication and enhance the retention and growth of young employees. The event takes place on August 25, Reiwa 8 (10:00–12:00) at the Koto Shigoto Support Center seminar room and online for free. Web applications are accepted from July 1 to August 24, Reiwa 8, on a first-come, first-served basis (capacity 32 for venue; unlimited online).
