有栖川宮記念公園今年の調査が終了しました

Biological surveys were conducted three times between July and September 2023 at Arisugawa-no-miya Memorial Park, concluding this year's investigations. Following dredging and the removal of invasive alien species in January and February, a significant reduction in bluegill and an increase in native species such as topmouth gudgeon were observed. Area C (Iris Garden) will continue to be preserved for biodiversity, with ongoing monitoring and protection of small native species.
