Minato City Education Center offers educational consultations with professional psychologists regarding children up to 18 years old, covering concerns such as school refusal, bullying, and behavioral issues. Consultations are available in-person by appointment, by phone without appointment, or online via Zoom by appointment (primarily for the first session). All consultations are confidential, and psychological tests or referrals to appropriate institutions may be provided as needed.
