Nakano City is offering an online Japanese language class (Zoom, 20 sessions) for foreign residents who live, work, or study in Nakano City. Tuition is free, but textbook fees are required. There are Introductory and Beginner classes, each with a capacity of around 20 participants, and the application period runs from September 7 to November 26.
