Setagaya Ward has initiated a public proposal procedure to select a business operator group for the Kamiyoga Park Expansion Project using the DBO (Design Build Operate) method. The project covers the development, maintenance, and operation of park facilities including plazas and a gymnasium through a consortium of design, construction, supervision, maintenance, and operational entities.
