The Kitazawa Youth District Committee is seeking junior and senior high school volunteers to help with venue setup and playing with young children during the Kitazawa Matsuri Stamp Rally. The event will take place on Sunday, October 25, Reiwa 8 (2026), from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and activity certificates will be issued. Applications are accepted from September 14 to October 16.
