健康教室ご案内

This event is a health class for residents of the Setagaya Ward Keido area, featuring body composition and fitness tests followed by health exercises based on the results. Participation is limited to the first 30 attendees, with priority given to residents of Keido, Miyazaki, and Sakuraoka. Applications are accepted from October 23 to November 6 via phone or fax.
