This declaration is for heads of households who have evacuated to Shinagawa Ward prior to the base date (June 1, 2026) due to domestic violence but were unable to transfer their resident registration. By submitting the declaration form and required documents, eligible persons can receive the application guide for the Shinagawa Electricity and Gas Bill Emergency Support Project at their current address. Please contact the office in advance before submitting.
