Shinagawa City will conduct closed, in-person individual dialogues with businesses considering participation in the PFI project for the former Ebara Fourth Junior High School site. The dialogue will cover the implementation policy and draft requirement specifications. Applications are accepted via email from June 23 to June 25, 2026, by 5:00 PM, and the sessions are scheduled for August 19–21, 2026, at Shinagawa City Hall.
