On Saturday, November 7, 2026 (Reiwa 8), a lecture, individual consultation, and tea party on hikikomori will be held in the 10th floor conference room of the Taito Ward Office. The lecture will explain financial and living preparations needed after a parent's death, the individual consultation will provide one-on-one counseling with a clinical psychologist, and the tea party will allow participants to share experiences. Attendance is free, priority is given to residents of Taito, Chiyoda, Chuo, and Bunkyo wards, and the application deadline is October 28.
