高齢者スマートフォン購入費助成事業

Toshima Ward provides a subsidy of up to 30,000 yen for residents aged 65 and older who purchase and contract a smartphone for their own use for the first time. Eligible applicants must complete the purchase and application on the same day at designated stores, attend a smartphone class, and register for Tokyo and Toshima official apps/LINE accounts. The application period runs from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, but will close early if the budget limit is reached.
