The Suginami Ward Startup Grant for 2026 supports a portion of startup expenses to promote stable and sustainable business operations. Grants include office rent assistance (up to ¥300,000) and website creation assistance (up to ¥200,000) with a 2/3 subsidy rate. Applicants may choose either rent or website assistance, and funding is awarded on a first‑come, first‑served basis within the budget.
