The Nihongo Hanaso! volunteer classroom is held at the Sumida Volunteer Center branch in Sumida Ward, providing Japanese language learning and intercultural understanding support to foreign residents. Classes run every first and third Tuesday of the month from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., with tables divided by proficiency level for personalized instruction. Volunteers who support gentle Japanese-based intercultural understanding, especially those who have completed Sumida Ward’s Japanese volunteer training course, are welcomed.
