Sumida Ward offers a subsidy of 11,000 yen to residents aged 70 and over who purchase the Tokyo Silver Pass for 12,000 yen. Applications can be submitted by mail or online between 1 October 2026 and 10 March 2027. The subsidy is transferred to the applicant’s account roughly two months after the application.
