Sumida Ward provides free in-person professional consultations for residents, workers, and students in the ward, covering legal and human rights issues with a lawyer, tax matters with a tax accountant, and registration issues with a judicial scrivener. Each consultation lasts up to 30 minutes, and telephone consultations are not available. Prior reservation by phone is required for all sessions and closes once capacity is reached.
